These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) of use of our website www.qkrishi.com (“Website”), our study materials (“Content“) or any skilling services (“Services“) in connection with Qkrishi skilling programs are between Qkrishi (“Company/We/Us/Our”) and its users (“User/You/Your”).

These Terms constitute an electronic record in accordance with the provisions  of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology  (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 thereunder, as amended from time  to time.

If you do not agree with the Terms, the Privacy Policy, or Pricing, please do not use the Programs or Website or avail the Services. Any access to our Programs through registrations/subscription is non transferable.

All information, content, material, trademarks, services marks, trade names, and trade secrets including but not limited  to the software, text, images, graphics, video, script and audio, contained in the Content, Website and Services are  proprietary property of the Company (“Proprietary Information”). No  Proprietary Information may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without obtaining prior written permission from the Company.
2. Your use of our Content, Website, and Services is solely for Your personal and non-commercial use. Any use of  the Content, Website, or Services or their contents other  than for personal purposes is prohibited. 
3. The Content and Services are developed on the basis of what is current knowledge in quantum computing. It is developed and delivered by experts in the field. We make every endeavour to provide the most current knowledge in the field. However, Qkrishi is not responsible for inadvertent inaccuracies or non obsolescence of such information.
4. All homeworks and projects submitted as part of the course by the User shall be owned jointly by the User and Qkrishi.
